These one-to-one sessions are tailored specifically to help you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively.

Before our first session, we’ll start with a 20 minute consultation call. This gives me the opportunity to learn more about you, your goals, your training history, and any injuries or concerns so we can begin your journey with a clear plan.

During our first in-person, I’ll guide you through a series of movement assessments to establish your current baseline. From there, I’ll design a personalised training programme that is safe, effective, and aligned with your goals - helping you build strength, confidence, and long term resilience.
