As both a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and personal trainer, my programming is build to be safe, effective, and rooted in science - not fitness fads - with longevity always in mind.

My mission is to make fitness more inclusive, less intimidating and more accessible.

Personal training

One-to-one strength training in a small private studio gym to help you meet your fitness goals. Appointments last between 45 minutes and one hour. No membership needed.

BENERGY - where exercise meets fun!

This is not a ‘boot camp’. There’ll be no ‘earning your rest’, ‘burning calories’ or ‘no pain no gain’. This is a small group, coached session designed to help you feel stronger and more confident within yourself, build strength and bone density into later life and enjoy a safe space exercising at your own pace.
